Thank you so much for setting up my new computer. I was feeling really anxious when I purchased a new all in one desktop; I was worried that all the data on my old laptop would not transfer to the PC. The Swiftech technician came out to my office and installed everything (Microsoft word, Norton antivirus, Olympus dictation, dymo, as well as connecting me wirelessly to my printer, scanner etc.). He also walked me through the new windows 8 PC so I felt confident using the computer on my own. He did not leave until he double checked that everything was working. I went to a few repair places, but none could guarantee my new laptop can be fixed. Mr Rasheed was the only specialist who seemed to have some idea what was wrong. I had my laptop back, as good as new within 48 hours.
